have passed and you have not received this notice. Please call the National

I really dont know how USCIS works, it is amazing how a lot of people with older ND are still pending adjudication.
 
it is hard to say... i also think is not fair to the people waiting longer, but who knows how they work.

Current Status:

On September 13, 2006, after approving your application, we ordered you a new card. Your card will be mailed to you as soon as it is ready.

Congralations: I think the adjudicating officer mistook your case for a refugee case. I have seen refugee cases placed with asylee cases... Regardless, it is a positive development..
