One thing to remember is the there were very few EB2 I-140 approvals from NSC during the period between 11/99 and 2/00. Therefore it is very likely that there were very few EB2 I-485 applications filed then.

My Receipt date is 26th Nov 1999. ND 29th Nov 1999. I have not heard from INS. Not even RFEs. I know a few friends they also applied in Nov 1999. No Progress in their cases too. I think they skipped a big bunch and continued with Jan 2000 files.
I saw a message in the same site that NSC recruted 10 IIOs to process 485 cases. May be the old guys are processing 1999 and the new guys started with 2000 cases.
