Other side of grass always looks greener.....my friend, USCIS is same...either TSC or NSC.....We at NSC think that TSC is working faster....I guess both are working at the same pace. :cool:
 
I was told at Infopass that my name check was not yet done. And was told that may be because of this pending process I haven't received the approval. How to initiate/contact uscis about name check process.Many places in forums it was mentioned that no requests for name check process are allowed.

Don't believe 100% whatever information you get at InfoPass. Try calling TSC and talk to IO. If you get the same info there, then it may be correct that you are stuck in name check. If you are stuck in NC then unfortunately no one can help you but you can try contacting your local congressman and senator and request them to get the information from FBI. Sometimes, it triggers FBI to process the NC faster. Good luck.
