All hail WOM. Did you have to submit Opp to MTD ? Which district court did you file ? And finally for all of us Wormers can you hang around and help.
 
I did not submit Opp to MTD. The DA did not file motion to dismiss. He filed twice "motion to extend". Actually the second time before he did it he asked me whether I'd agree to extend. He said that he'd like to see my case approved during the 2nd extension period. At that time, I knew a RFE was on its way so I agreed to him. I'm in NC.
