Hello,
Always been a silent user on the forums. Thought I would share the good news.
Just got an email from USCIS that my I140 filed on Feb, 20,2004 has been approved.
Now the long wait for I485 starts
Details:
I140/I485 concurrent filing RD 20-Feb-2004/ND 24-Feb-2004 on labor approved Dec'2003, labor filing in May 2003.
I140 AD 3/14/2005
FIRST EAD/AP Approved 13-Apr-2004
Second EAD/AP applied on 17-Feb-2005
