This is indeed good news to some extent though my RD is 19 days farther. Atleast now they cannot say "We are still processing blah,blah, blah ...."

if this is true, all oct/nov 2001 guys you have an immediate chance to contact your local senators...., do this before USCIS goes back in time...

I am sure the reason the date moved is that not many such people (w RD in oct/nov) left... they are ignorant but not stupid.
