Just checked the INS online case status page.
After 3 long years, my i 485 is approved.

INS received responce of Oct, 19 2002
AD Nov 13, 2002
After my I 140 approval, my company was bought by another company, attorney didn't file modified I140, they just filed I485 with acusition release, what ever that is.
I am still waiting for the notice will get PP stamp sometime next week.
