My case get approved on March 26, 2001. Here is the detail.
EB2/NIW
PD 08/1998 (6 letters and a few publications)
1st Ref: 10/1988 (6 letters)
2nd Ref: 12/1999 (5 letters and few more publications)
I-140 got approved on 01/2000
I-485:
RD: 02/18/2000
FP: 12/12/2000
I never talk to INS but somehow today I tried to call NSC, after 30 min dialing and another 25 min waiting, a nice lady talked to me that my case has been approved.
I checked the automatic answer machine, my and my wife\'s application have got approved. HOWEVER, my son\'s application is still pending?
Any idea about this? What is wrong since we filed at the same time and son as a depedent should get approval at the same time.
