Please Post if you got RFE for your I-140 and it has not been approved yet.
and how long it is taking to approve your RFE.
 
More than 3 months still not approved

May 2nd 2006 is my priority date for my EB2 I-140.
Aug 28 RFE was issued.
Replied on Sep 10 they reveiced and updated on SEP 19 2006.
contacted senator, opened service request did everything i can.
still not approved yet.
 
replied to rfe on 18th dec and on 19th dec -2006 they updated it and waiting for the approval.
 
Approved at last
