I have sent an email to Mr. Khanna about starting a petition for inconsitencies in processing of I-140 applications. The website shows they are processing April 2004 cases even though 50% of the cases filed in previous months dating as far back as Oct 2003 are still pending.

Please go ahead and send him an email too.

Oct 2003? Mine is Feb 2003 and I know many (not in this forum) who are waiting since Oct 2002.
