I have a 4 year Bachelors degree in Computers Science received through a "Canadian University and an Indian IT training institute" way back in 1999 while living in India. This degree was evaluated to US Bachelors in Computer Science equivalent here in US.
I intented to use this degree while filing I-140 in EB2 with pre-PERM LC "saying Masters or Bachelors+5 years experience in form ETA-750".
Please let me know your suggestions or opinions on possible RFE's for education which may be issued by NSC. Has anybody else on this forum experienced been in a similar situation and managed to get I-140 approval ????
