Hi:
I was perusing the processing dates for NSC at:
https://egov.immigration.gov/cris/jsps/Processtimes.jsp?SeviceCenter=Nebraska
It says that the date for I-130 for sponsoring parents is Oct 03, 2003, which seems out of whack for 2 reasons:
1. the other service centers show a close match between the date for I-129/Fiance(e) and I-130/parent. In NSC the 129/Fiance(e) date is Oct 12, 2004, so it seems out that the I-130/parent is about 1 year behind.
2. parents are supposed to be a priority with not quote limit, so why is that category so backlogged.
If anyone has archives of this site of any other illuminating info, please could you share?
Thanks, hi234
