I would sure like to know what's up with this. Go look at NSC FEB 2004. This person is approved in 5 months. This person got approved in EB3 catagory. What is NSC doing. How many people have been waiting forever to get GC. MAYBE OHATA MEMO is finally in effect. I guess we can only hope and wonder.
I hope many of you will enter in your data into Rupnet. It's a good way to really keep track of what's going on. You can see RD/PD/EAD approval/ when fingerprinted/when approved/comments for I-140 and RFE. Many people in the same boat as you will many times give details of RFE. Bottom right corner can go in and see people for your received date. ETC.
Also you can see whats been approved each day. Has many other features also.
