NSC has a mental block

I strongly feel that NSC has a mental block or a stigma trying to start on post 9/11/2001 cases. For them the world is just divided into two - Pre 9/11 and post 9/11. We are the unfortunate ones stuck in the latter category. I for one, missed filing pre 9/11 by just a couple of weeks.

I'm stuck with 04/2002 RD in fact, so there could be other more violent and virulent issues that I'll have to face later on. My condolances to you and to myself.
