NSC freeze and AILA

I am amazed that nobody talked about during it AILA meeting last week. Rajiv asked us what our concerns were and I had suggested him on bringing up I-485 slowdown issue through his representative. Immigration-law's O' Matthew was excited to bring up that issue also. After the meeting everything seems silent. May be I-485 is something INS gives the least priority to..
everyone attending the meeting were forced to keep quiet. Weird meeting of this sort comes every long while or so and nothing is accomplished concerning I-485 slowdown!

It's really frustrating. We have already gone through one loooong freeze at the end of the last year and are not ready for one more.

Can somebody, who participated in the AILA meeting, please shed some light on what transpired between you and NSC on this issue. Any information regarding the slowdown will be greatly appreciated by all those who are eagerly waiting for their GC.
