Dear friends
As some of my old friends know that my EB2-NIW RDJan31,2007. Reply to RFE submitted on Aug5, 2008. Still pending, filed 485 for whole family Aug2007.

New twist is I changed my J1 to H1 (Non cap) recently as I did'nt want to take risk.

I called USCIS on Jan 8, usual reply wait for 30 to 45 days and call us back. I see updates on my 140 on Oct4, Oct 6 and Oct8. I also see couple of updates on my travel document(which was approved long back) and 485 in the month of Oct. I don't see any update on my family travel/485s. What do these updates on my travl document and 485 mean to me????? This delay is unusual / what does it mean to me?

Experiances / Comments on updates or proecessing times or any thing will help me imcrease my strength in this gc battle field.

I was in similar situation during my I-140 petition, see my signature for LUD and their relation with status of the application. below link discuss the same

now recently there are soft LUD (with message remaining the same) are happening on my I -485 petition,

I am clueless but I beleif that LUD does significy something different happened on ur petiion.
What service center ur I-485 petiton at?

Thanks for your input tommy, comparitively yours mine is much delayed, Jan31,2007 RD and still pending?????
all my penidng applicaions are with NSC.
Is there any one out there with this long waiting???
