By GOD's grace my I140 EB2with CP OPTION got approved [/B] just now. Today morning I checked on INS website, it was showing last updated as 05/14/04. Just checked now at 2;16pm it showed as my case has been approved. could not belived my eyes, rechecked again and again and also asked my friends to check , It is finally approved. I am very happy today. Also got my 8th year extension approved. So hopefully should get this GC process over by this year end. Thank you all for all your help and may god bless all of you to get your approvals soon. Please let me know if any of you need any help.

Congrats on your approval in such a short time! What did your online message say after you filed your I-140 petition? My online message says it takes 270 - 300 days to process.
 
Congratulations on such a speedy approval. Now you can reap the benefit of choosing CP by getting your GC in a few months, rather than having to wait years for 485 approval. I wish I had gone the CP way !

My online message said it will take 150-180 days to processuntill today morning, but got changed around 216pm saying my case approved without any problems.
