NSC EAD2 - Applied 4.5 months before!! How is the trend??

Hi Gurus,

I have applied my 2nd EAD ( Paper based ) on Nov 15th 2007, almost 4.5 months earlier to the expiry. It is very frustating to note that processing times for EAD for NSC is currently running July 2007.

Even they clear month to month, it may take more than 4 months to reach Nov 15th date. Can we believe this processing date mentioned in web site??

How the time line is running for NSC EAD? Can you share your cases please.

My EAD1 expires 04/03/2007
EAD2 applied 11/15/07, ND 11/19/2007
 
That's the average processing time. Owing to July 2007 visa fiasco, things did slowed down to a considerable amount. Hopefully, processing time should reverted to normal ~90 days. FYI - the EAD tracker trackitt website indicates a more realistic picture.
