I got my passport stamped in April/2001 and extented the I-551 2 weeks ago. Sent several G-731C request to NSC and got no response. Until today no plastic card whatsever. These guys at NSC did a really bad job in prioritizing plastic card processing. If I were in charge of the INS, I\'d have fired them all!!!
