HI All!!
I did my passport stamping in June 2001 after 485 approval and waiting for plastic card.
I am checking NSC no 4023237830 for status using LIN# of 485 application which says 485 approved same as earlier messages.
Does this message change to card ordered as and when they please or do I have to use different method.

SRC number may be required

I believe you will have a new SRC number relating to your card. You should speak with an ins officer on the help line.

The TSC line is (214) 381-1423 (I don\'t know if this is relevant to you)
 
The AVM changes after the card is ordered.

In my case, the message changed only after the card was ordered and then it took a month to receive the card. Right now most people who got their passport stamped in the latter half of 2000 and very early 2001 are getting their cards ordered. Hope this helps.

My details: NSC. AD 11/29/00; pp stamped 12/5/00. Restamped 11/1/01. Card ordered 11/6/01. Received 12/3/01.
