Hello All,
NSC issued an RFE on 04/16/01 regarding my birth certificate. My attorney\'s office mailed the evidence on 05/04/01. As per AVM (when I checked on 05/18/01), they have received the evidence on 05/16/01 and it will take about 60 days to process the application.

Yesterday when I checked the AVM, message changed back to an RFE was issued on 04/16/01.
I have no clue as what is happening with NSC-AVM system.

Any input on this issue will be greatly appreciated.

The recent AVM potentially could mean that they might have lost the evidence you just sent!! I hope not. I hope its just AVM goof ups. But something like that happened with one of my friends and he ended up sending evidence again. He was responding to RFE issued at his I-140(EB1) petition.
