Nsc Audit Policy???

is anyone aware of the processing/notifying policy at NSC during the audit. When will they be through with the audit?

I'm not sure if I understand you here, but are you suggesting that the NSC was undergoing some kind of audit (perhaps by the INS), and that might be why their service has been slower than usual? Please explain your post further.

Another participant recently posted an approval under EB1 from NSC, and there had been little activity in this area for a long time. Perhaps it means that this audit is over, whatever it is.

well, VSC (until oct 8) and csc (until oct 4) are for sure undergoing their annual audit (its on other imm posts on the web). It started last week of september. So I assume that CSC and TSC etc are also undergoing SWIP audit. However some centers continue to mail/process during this time and some do not. Anyway, I believe all of this for all centers should be over by Oct 8, 2002 - if anyone has any more info, please inform. BTW, I also think that the online status check (ie "Received", "Approved" etc has also been erased for the moment until the audit is over --- (this is a personal thought/opinion only)
