NSC are processing Sep, Oct, 2003 I-485's

NSC is processing Sep, Oct, 2003 I-485's

Looks like a lot of I-485's submitted in Sep and Oct, 2003 are being approved under the new "concurrent adjudication" rule.
Will that further delay the 02 I-485's and those 03 I-485's with approved I-140's before the new rule?

I think the concurent cases in 2003 are less than 1% of the cases, all my friends who applied in Sept ,Oct 2003 got there I 140 approved earlier.

It seems that NSC processed more 03 cases than before. Are they moving 02 approval to 03? how about 02 cases?
