A good news for new folks

I had a meeting with my lawyer this morning and here is the good news for new incomers and also desperate folks.

Premium processing for I-140 will be available starting May,1. If have already filed your I-140 you are also eligible to go ahead with premium.

This doesn\'t sound like a solid news to me but will bring some hope. I think interested people should do their own research on this.

2 more EB2 cases got cleared

ND 01/31 EB2/RIR - approved on 03/13
ND 02/04 EB2/RIR - approved on 03/13

It looks like all the recent approvals are with in 6 weeks.

Don\'t know the cases with more than 6 weeks and still waiting(like mine) ?
 
Hi Folks..

Mine is EB3 with RD 03/15 and ND 03/15. I wish this thread goes on and on. Does EB3 or EB2 make any difference as far as I140 is concerned?
Does it take 6 weeks for EB3 also?

Looks like things are picking up at NSC. Let\'s hope for the best.
Wanted to discuss. What should we do to prepare for the I-485 stage. Is there a way that we can prepare all the things necessary & be ready to send the papers the day the I-140 gets aproved.
 
here is what u will need for filing 485

1. My attroney sent me all 485, EAD, AP forms as soon as i140 was filed. So fill them and keep ready expecially the G325A.
2. Get your vaccines . so that you can go for medical as soon as you hear approval on AVM
3. ADIT style photographs- keep the specs ready and also find the photographer who would take them. You have to take pics within 30 days before the 485 submission.

4. You will need birth certificates and marriage cerificate
5. Make copies of your H1s, i94s, and full passport. (for your spouse too)

That should do.

What should I do, EB2 RIR, I140

Since I am still waiting for an answer by INS, is there anything I can do. Since most of the cases are getting approved. BTW mine is
EB2, RIR, Notice Date Jan 30, 2002, LIN-02-098-5****. Can somebody shed some light on this matter? I am just about comming to the point of accepting the fact that my case might be lost. Is this possible to happen?
 
Why do you think it is lost

My RD and ND is 1/30/02. I haven\'t got approval yet. What makes you think that your case is lost ? When can we call ? Reciept says it takes between 60 and 75 days. Did you try to check on AVM ?
 
Called NSC same old

Received same old message. I did not know that you were in the same boat like me. I thought I was the only one left out so I assumed it was lost. Maybe it is taking more than 2 months. I called last night as well nothing new; keeps saying 60-75 days.
 
I saw that list, it is missing now- mine is CP

I saw it a few minutes back about all the 140 that were approved. My case is CP still waiting. I saw question marks against my row so I am updating!
