It is a fact that Detroit is processing F.P. for 11/00 ND while Peoria, IL is doing 05/00.
Seeing some poster here who is still waiting for approval for their ND 01/00 cases, while the others are claiming their victory for ND 06/00 cases, kind of lead me to think that, NSC approval is base on location too.
