NSC AP processing time

On http://www.immigration.com/processing-times/ne.html, it shows that NSC is processing APs on or before 5/8/2003.

But my online status shows "Your I131 APPLICATION FOR BCIS TRAVEL DOCUMENT was received on May 30, 2003. We mailed you a receipt with information about processing. It is taking between 375 and 405 days for us to process this kind of case. We will mail you a decision as soon as processing is complete."

Is it unreal? When will I be able to get my AP?
 
I am in the same boat
my ND for AP and EAD is 05/07/2003. My EAD was approved on the 15th, but my AP's online message still says that it will take 400+ days.

We will just have to wait

What is your ND for AP?

Could you please let us know more about ur details as to whether you filed concurrentlyor not,EB2/EB2 etc.
I applied in EB2 concurrent.My RD is 05/02/03 for all
I140/EAD/485 etc and My ND is 05/07/03 for all.
My online status sill shows the waiting message.
Please do reply.Mine is at NSC.

140 approved on 04/08/2003

filled AP and EAD on 05/07/2003
EAD AD 07/15/2003

Still waiting for AP
