NSC - Anyone applied after July 1, 06 and has an update?

Since EB1 EA 140 processing at the NSC seems to be stuck on July 1, 06 for the last couple of months per their web site, I was wondering if someone on this forum has applied after July 1, 06 and got a response/update from the NSC recently.

I have applied on October 16th, and the last LUD I have is Oct 25th for my I140!

NSC apparently went into a sleep mode regarding regular cases. I wish if I can go premium, but unfortunately, it is now available yet for NIW cases.
