You know that now, I-140 has to be sent to NSC and then, the I-140 either is processed at NSC or is sent to TSC. NSC and TSC thus split (not sure they process their same share of I-140 though) the I-140 processing in half.
However, from what I read on this forum, and from what my lawyer told me, TSC is better handling NIW petitions and is also faster. I read scary things here about NSC dealing with NIW files of 2005! and very long time processing.
According to my lawyer, in June there was a date/day pattern that was predictable so that all I-140 he sent went to TSC and not NSC. He was using fedex overnight to be sure the application would arrive on the right day.
However, after the 4th of July, that pattern has changed and he cannot figure out the new one, even though he contacted all his colleagues (who did not send enough I-140 lately to confirm a new pattern).
If there is indeed a pattern, we should start a new thread, posting when our I-140 was received and where it is being processed.
Any information is welcome!
Thanks in advance.
