NSC address for AC21 case update

Hey,
I plan to send a job change notice to NSC for my AC21 case. I'd like to check if any one knows which address I can use.

Guys this is a good question, anybody knows the answer?

Also do we need to ASK the INS to transfer the file (e.g. into a different juristiction zone in California, if my job is there), ore they decide it by themselves?

izmailovo : do nto ask NSC to transfer. They will do it themselves if they feel the need.
