NPC launch

When National Processing Center will be launched.

National Processing Center is only for Federal Labour (right)?

I called the texas center at 214-237-9111, but the lady I spoke with was not inclined to tell me anything. She said that i must be an employer or atturney so that she can discuss with me. My question was on NPC, but I didn't get anything out of her :confused: .

Anybody have more info? Will the NPC start processing the new cases after Jan 1 2005?
