Hello all,
This forum is addictive!! I check it at least 4 times a day. It amazes me how so many questions are answered & how people are reaching out to help other people (strangers) who would otherwise be clueless to the whole immigation process.
I need help understanding the message I found when I checked the status of my case online:
On March 22, 2006, we received your response to our request for evidence or information. It is taking between 120 and 180 days for us to process this kind of case. However because preliminary processing was complete, the remaining processing time will be less than the maximum stated in this message. You will receive a written decision on this case.
Does this mean my EAD's coming? If so, how soon you think? the RFE said something like I'm not eligible for an EAD until 90 days after receipt of the response to the RFE.
Thanks in advance for any input.
