Now what after interview and security check?

I am a US citizen applying for GC for my mom. It is a simple case. My mom had her interview and the background security check has passed as well a few months after the interview. I don't know what is holding her up and there is no way to find out. Anyone can give me some ideas? :confused:

So did you go and the lady there said you were wasting your time? Or were you planning on going and the lady (whomever she is) tells you not to go. Which is it?
 
I already went for my infopass appt. The infopass lady told me not to get infopass again for this type of inquiry. They have nothing to tell. The only way I can do is endless waiting?
 
That lady is a lazy butt and she is wrong, you need to speak with the Immigration Officer who interviewed your mom and see what is up. Make another infopass.
 
Thank you. Will do. I am not sure how I can go see the immigration officer who interviewed my mom. The interview officers and the infopass appt. are on two different sides.
