Now Our Turn ... Approved WAC-02-245-XXXX
Guys, Today, Wednesday, Sept.8, 2004
I got email from BCIS that our case has been approved on Sept.3, 2004
Here is our long time wait history :
WAC-02-245-XXXX
Case : EB 2 (Primary,Spouse,Son)
8/00-Started on H-1B
2/01-Applied application ETA750
8/01-Approved Labor Cert.-I-140
7/02-Submitted I-485 for family.
9/02-1st FP done (Me & Wife)
8/04-2nd FP done (Me& Wife)
9/04-Approved
No RFE
Since, We done w/ 2nd FP, I just made one call to BCIS for case inquiries
and BCIS said wait for one month for the case status.Finally, Our dream
just happened today.
I thank for founder of this forum, I-140 takes forever, Kashmir and friends
with the same like prior our situation. Our message just keep hanging there.
It will come to you soon.
We passed already what our friend's feeling. ... waiting ... numb..... checking status everyday .....
We wish you guys the same case with us ... Passion and Pray.
