I have a student F1 visa and I want to travel this summer to my home country. But I'm not sure if I should travel because I have just applied for a waiver of the 2 year home residence requirement of a J1 visa I had from 2006 to 2011.
I'm married to an American citizen and we have a daughter born here. I'm planning to travel just with my daughter. I applied for the waiver in the basis of no objection from my home country.
Someone in similar situation?
