Now its 30 - 360 Days

VSC is playing with different processing times combinations. Initially i had

90 - 180 days then
90 - 300 days

Now it changed to
30 - 360 days.

Does that mean some applications can take as little as 30 and other get the days extended.

Looks like we are at the mercy of VSC.

Did anyone notice this yet???

Also what is the status of the 140 petition ??

Yes I noticed it was changed to 30-360 days two days ago.

My husband's ND was 5/18/02 and it's approaching 360 days. I guess they will make it 15 to 400 days next?

I too noticed it, but the good thing is , Yesterday morning its changed to 30-360 days and yesterday evening i got my I-140 approved. Hope the same thing will happen to u guys..
