So I got a letter today! My Citizen spouse argued that it is oath letter. I said no. Of course I won the bet. It says that the photos were to be signed and returned!

I was dumbfound. I signed them in presence of the officer as Firstname M. Lastname. He said they are just fine. Now it comes back and says please sign "full name" as Firstname MiddleName Lastname. The Shock is that, the old sign was cleanly cut off with a scissors! I can see edges of ink on that and easily say that they cut it off. The photo size is no longer 2X2.

Now that I sent it already the next letter I expect is this. "Your photos do not conform to 2X2 size. Please send them again with full signature!" Good and I will pay another $8 and send them. Fine, just fine.

My question is, why do not these guys ever accept a mistake and acknowledge that it was THEIR mistake? Does not every officer know how the signature needs to be done? Why did the interviewing officer allow me to sign with middle initial and why do I get the photos back now? My moods are completely getting out of hand. Now I despise the USCIS like anything. I think end of this whole process I should go to Fox news and report how badly they managed my application. I have a valid case to show details, including the N400 copy where I requested additional things for my interview but was completely ignored. This is just insane.

Im sure we have not yet seen the last of WBC's paranoia :D

The letter may get lost in the mail, the altered foto may not stick, the new signature may have to be sent for verification etc etc!!!!! hehe So many things can go wrong!
