help me. What is the first step?
What are the forms needed? where can I down load
them?
What are the preliminary documents that I need to make ready, a list of originals would be great?
How much is the cost?
How long does it take?
Is there a fater way to apply it?
Thanks.

the application process for Canadian PR is relatively simple and straightforward, however don't let that lead you to think that Canadian immigration officers are pushovers!

you can start gathering information at the Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) website, at http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/

also, various Canadian immigration attorneys' websites provide very useful information. one such site is http://canadavisa.com/ which is owned by the lawfirm of Campbell, Cohen.

good luck!

what forms appropriate for engineering

skilled workers with master's degree are needed? what are other supplemental forms needed? approximately how much
fees for forms need to be included? does it need to include
medicals, if yes US green medical can be used or need to be different? please respond. Thanks.

Go to http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/ search for the forms and download, you will find every info in instructions page regarding Fees, how to fill up what papers shold be attached how much fee to be paid..

US Medical done for I-485 will not work Canada has diffrent Medical test and requirements.

1 first you get the forms, read them find if you can qualify. you need minimum 75 points in Skilled Cat
2 then collect all the paper work needed and fill up the forms, if filling from US you have to get FBI clearence and have to attach it with your forms.
3 then send the forms and fee with other required documents to Canadian Consulate where you want to file
4 wait for the File # 3-4 months
5 wait for the AOR letter
6 wait for the Interview date
7 Go for the medical with DMP , you will be provided a list of doctors (DMP) when they ask you to go for medicals. ( you can go for Medicals before Interview also if you recieve a letter)
8 After Medicals are Clear and your Medical results are OK and your background is clear and no criminal activity by you then the final step.

I hope this helps.

if you are not comfortable in documentation , just contact canadian immigration consultants.
