November visa bulletin

November visa bulletin in my guess will never come at all. They are going to release the next bulleting sometimes next year. As there is no change in the visa demand they will stick to the old PD that they set. It is not a mandatory to relase a new visa bulletin each month.

This was not a speculation but due to the fact that in the past there were many instances where they never posted any bulletin. So see yaa in 2006 May/June when there may be some change!!

Last time retrogression happened to EB2 India and China cases was October 2000. It got retrogressed by one year and took six months for the priority dates to become current again. This time it retrogressed for 5-6 years. Go figure how long you may have to wait.
