How many people are there before 98 jan.

Can any one check the track .How many people left before 98 PD.It is killing us atleast we can plan our life using AC21 or else.So that we can expect when we can .....................................................

NO changes to EB2 as well. With dec being a slow month, November needs to move!

Wait until worldwide EB2 get hit with the retrogression! My only hope is that my 3 years of wait for LC will actually help me and the priority dates won't be set earlier than July 2002!

Mr Green: Your 140 and 485 moved at a great pace! Nice. I am awaiting EAD and AP as well. For 140, just got an email from USCIS about an RFE being issued.

Let's see how lucky I will be with the big one (I-485)!! Waiting for LC for 3 years taught be to be patient, and not to set my expectations too high! I could be stuck waiting for my I-485 for 3 more years. Who knows

There is hardly anybody out there before Jan 98. USCIS and DOS intentionally decided not to move the cut-off dates. I see no I-485 approvals lately as well. I guess USCIS is already started enjoying their vacation ahead of time this yr.
