Nov. RD approval will appear when approval percentage for Oct. RD in Rupnet reachs 50%. According to current process speed, Nov filers need to wait for another three weeks.

Usually the next month starts when the month before reaches 40-45%. That's where Sep-01 was when Oct-01 cases started.
Right not Oct-01 cases are still at 23%. The rate went back to it's slow pace after the audit was over. Once Oct-01 cases reach 40%, then I am sure we will see November start. I would give that about two weeks at least.
One question I have for veteran RUPNET members is, does the Approval number include Approved-RFEs or is it only non-RFE approvals?

this is my hopeful theory. perhaps some of the veteran officers have decided to take a week or two of vacation after working so "HARD" during the audit period. perhaps they have decided that it is time to take the vacation since they supposedly hired and trained new people to cover.
hey, even VSC people need vacations as much as we don't think they deserve any.
SO i think they should all be back from vacationing this or the coming week. yeah!
SO parallel processing will start this week or next week as hoped.
AND after being so rested, they can work even more efficiently.....

Probably Mahesh is now chasing his friend who told him that parallel processing would start after the audit
But if we look at what's going on these days, there IS some parallel processing going on, that is for Sept and October RDs (and cleaning up of old cases).

December vacation!!
Any of you know whether there will be another INS vacation for Christamas. I am sure it is going slow down the processing during the last two weeks of December. In that case, If you dont get approved by December 2nd week, then wait till Jan.
