November RD Approval Question ?

Hi ,

My RD is 11/15/2001.
I am leaving for a 5 week trip to Mumbai in a day, coming back March First week . I have all the IMP required documents namely Advanced Parole,EAD. I read that people are expecting November Approvals to start from Feb first week. I am just curious to know , lets say if I am approved in first week of Feb , and since I am coming after 5 weeks ,

1 . Will there be a problem coming back inside US.
2. Will there be a problem for getting my passport stamped .
3. What explaination will I have to do in the Airport.
4. Does Mumbai Airport have any problems travelling with AP.

1 2 and 4 you should be fine.

For 3, I don't think that they will ask you for an explaination you are travelling on AP and thats it.

Also remember GC is for future job offer.

Consult a lawyer, you can also read up chat archives on murthy.com, I am sure you are not the first person to be in such a situation.
 
You will be fine so do not worry. I hope and pray for Nov to start soon and you get approved. B'cos I am Dec filer :D :D :D :D

Your handle brings back memories of Amchi Mumbai local trains. Dombivli was one of the stations that used to whizzzzz by during my 3 year stint in Mumbai in the early 90's.
