for looking out for Octoberites but there are still plenty of Sept still left.

I dont think anyone on this board knows why there arent any approvals.

Hope to see some by this weekend.

I believe OCT is abt 25% done.Also, there are still a good amount of Sept cases (50% ?)that still aint approved !! Not to forget some unapproved Aug cases.

Now, why do you want Nov cases to be looked into when there is already so much of backlog cases from previous months ?

I believe you are a Nov filer and hence the urgency. But,would you like it if INS approves 10% of Nov cases and starts Dec and Jan 2002 cases and leaves you unattended for months ? I dont think so ...

As someone said, no one on this board can give you a definate answer about when approvals for Nov will start. I sure hope it starts after all the backlogs are completed. I think that will be a fair solution to all applicants. You agree ??

Well..I have a long way to go...but always hope that INS funny mathematics might just pickup my case to show that they have already started June2002...:):):)

INS Mathematics will definitely hit your case may be sometime in Dec 2003 or Jan/Feb 2004. Now it's too too early my buddy.

Cant stop anybody from wishing good for themselves !!

But these are the same people who will probably beat their chest and cry foul if their cases are not the early ones to get approved.

You should be able to take adversities(delayed approvals) in the same atride as you would take successes (early approvals). Very often that is not the case !! Thats the reason I have always hoped that INS processes cases in the order in which they are received.

I never said that INS should leave all the old cases and approve my case .....I just want to see Approvals flow ...thats all man. Does not matter which months, because every one will get a chance bases on RD ND or what ever INS follows.

PS-hey but also remember its not TRUE that INS will clear all the 100% back dated cases and only then go to the next month.
there will be some unlucky guys always , I wish every one get approved soon......that’s all

Atleast..I hope I am not the unlucky one ....like the couple of people Whose RD is May 2001 and they are still waiting...

3-Months early is Great
Early is Good.
On time is Fine..
2 Months Late is Ok...
6 Months Late is BAd...
ANything worse...is very very bad...

Assuming that ontime is 1YRs from RD...

So I am waiting to see which Category I fall into....
