I called BCIS office on March 1st week , IIO said my case has been assigned to an officer. And I called agaion on 1st week of April same info from IIO....

googol: AVM never changed...still says FP received.....blah...
Local center sent me a letter for interview. Same employerno other rfe. My lawyer says it might be a routine check as my marriage was 8 months before 485 filing.

Online message and AVM both in my case state that

"On April 10, 2002, we mailed a notice requesting that you appear for fingerprint recording. The notice also gave the times and location where this processing could be done. If 14 days have passed and you have not received this notice, you may wish to verify or update your address. To update your address, please contact the service center where you submitted your application during business hours."

When I called and asked IIO they say that it is going to take atleast another 3 months before it can be assigned to an officer.

I have nothing but wait................

your dates are matching with mine except the FP.

Did you change your employment after 180 days? Just if you want to share the info you may post.

No i havent changed my employer.

I get exactly the same message on the AVM.

havent called the iio yet. was planning to one of these day.
my application may get transferred to the local office (denver)
since i got married in Feb 02 and my wife applied for I-485 in April 02

Today my online case status tells that I was issued an RFE on 4/22/2003. I have to wait till I receive it.
 
One more Nov applicant (Nandg) got his approved today after RFE received by BCIS for 2 weeks. I am happy for him, but the frustration is you cann't use this to predict any other cases. So many people are still waiting after the RFE received for more than 3 months! Now I can only say HOPEFULLY our day is close.

One more Nov applicant reported approvement today at Rupnet with RFE date 04/08/03. Our day is very soon.

Got RFE details.

Need to provide a letter from prospective employer for future employment.

Lawyer sent the format to me. Will send it tomorrow.
