Nov01-Complicated case approved

My friend's RD Nov 01 case is approved.
It was a bit complicated.
RD Nov 01, EB1-OR at VSC
Lost job in July 2002
Went to florida and got job
got 2nd EAD after interview at Boston
2nd FP
Lost job again
RFE - RFE replied and called for interview again
Took unemployment benefit, open own company and self employed.
He had to go again for interview and was grilled for unemployment benefits and job.
Ultimately got approved but still has no job.

Hope this may be hope for somebody who are in difficult situation

Congratulations to ur friend. I dont understand why INS doesn't clear all 2001 case at one stretch.
