I have been using this forum throughout my 485 process. I was a silent visitor because I was not as knowledgeable as most of you guys. I was issued an RFE on March 31. RFE was received by INS on Arpil 15th, and the case was approved on Apr 21st.
The RFE was for 6 months paystubs, Two years tax returns, along with any 1099s, and a company letter.
My wife’s 485 has not been approved yet.
My Details:
PD Nov 2000.
RD Nov 21 2001.
AD April 2003

I do not feel overjoyed but do feel a sense of relief. Hang on there, you will get yours soon. My GC process was relatively smooth by the Grace of the Almighty. Wish you all good luck.
