NOV Rd-- 11/27 RFE Case Approved

Hi Folks,

Thanks everbody on the forum for the valuable information...It's really good place to gain knowledge about GC Process and other immigration issues.

My case was approved yesterday.. Checked the AVM last night around 9.30 pm and there was no change....but for my surprise the online status today morning says this cas was approved on May-13th...Now I am a free bird..

I thought I was one of those unlucky guys....Because I changed my employer on April-21 (though I didn't inform the old employer)...and I got the RFE for employment letter, 4 years tax returns and W-2's and one month pay-stubs....and I got my last pay-stub from my old employer on April-28th. Now I feel like just go home and sleep for couple of days without any tensions....

My Case Details are here...

PD : October 1999
485 RD : November 28 2001
ND : December 12 2001
FP : Sometime in March 2002
RFE : April 21 2003 (Emp. letter, tax returns for 4 years and one month pay stubs)
RFE Replied on : May 2nd 2003
RFE INS Recd : May 6th 2003
Approval Data : May 13th 2003.

My wife also received RFE for Medical and we sent the reply yesterday..hope her case will be approved in a week...

Hi ,

I also got a ref on April 21.

My attorney says he replied on 05/05 by overnight.
So far status does not even reflect that INS has received rfe response.

When was your status changed to Rfe received?

Posted my reply on 5/2 (Friday) with Overnight USPS.. As per the Postal tracking, INS received that on 05/03 (Sat) at 3 pm....and on May6th Status was update to received...
