For my son (12 years old) message says: "The status for this Receipt Number cannot be found at this time in this automated system".

Even my daughter case was having same message on Web site.

But when I checked on telephone update. I got the message saying This case was approved.

Please check telephone online update.

Still waiting for my spouse approval.
