hello there every1,
i have a question, i am abt to turn 21 in nov, and my mothers pd date is 30 april, is there nethng i can do to avoid agin out? and how far do you guys think eb3 india is goin to move next month
I'm sorry for you but unless you're under 21 when the GC is approved you'll miss out. I'm speaking from experience as I have a friend who was above 21 when his parents' GC was approved. His 17 yr old brother got his GC, though.
You'll most likely need to follow other avenues for your GC.
Very few people are optimistic about any EB3 movement in Nov.
You need to provide more details about your case, specifically when I140 was applied, when approved, when 485 was applied (if already done) so some meaningful reply can be given. Assuming that 485 has been filed and you are included in that, your age gets frozen on the date of the application. You shd remain unmarried when the date becomes current to claim CSPA. I suggest you look at state.gov and search for CSPA or look at say US Embassy Manila website where examples of age calculation are given.
Also look at a recent ruling regarding this - see shusterman.com
Hope this helps!
