Nov 2003 I140 approved

I finally got my I140 case approved.

The RD was 11/14/2003. The AD is 12/03/2004. I got the e-mail on 12/6/2004.

I am still waiting for the 485. Will keep you all posted.

Did you see any LUD changes in your 485 case as well ? Your 485 approval is hopefully round the corner.

there is no change on the 485. The LUD still remains the date from my FP receipt date.

For a couple of my colleagues, there was a gap of 3-4 days between the I140 approval and the 485 approval.
