Great News
My I140 is approved just short of one year from filing
LUD was updated Nov 12 and received email at 8 PM Nov 12 but learnt about it just now.

Thats half the job done .. wishing for 485 now :)

You guys on this forum have been awesome ..

Wish485, Can you please give us your I140 notice date. Mine is Nov 13th and I am still waiting for news on my I140.

Good to see some more Nov cases being approved. Gives the rest of us some hope

LUD Changed again from Nov 12 to Nov 15, same message .. APPROVED.
There is no change on 485 status.

Today I got mails about 485 approvals too for self and spouse.
Its a big day.

I have not done anything. It just happened without any special action from me. My EAD and Ad Parole applications may have triggered it, though.
